I'm blown away by how this bank makes invoices with Anna. It's just fantastic!

Hey ANNA money, I need you to give me my cash back. You've shut down my account for more than three months without telling me what went wrong, unlike regular banks. Plus, you won’t return my funds... all I hear from you is that you can’t talk about it anymore. Keep your excuses to yourself and just refund my money, or I’ll have to take this to the financial ombudsman.

ANNA really knows what they’re doing. It feels like they genuinely care, which is kinda rare for a bank. I’m not sure how many other companies rely on their services, but I’ve never experienced such a friendly, helpful, and warm vibe with financial folks before, and I dig it! Their rates are amazing - I run a small biz, and it barely costs me anything to keep my account going. There’s no bad time to reach out with a question - they’re always available, even late at night! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

ANNA MONEY: A COMPANY TO AVOID

Anna Money has taken our funds!!! Our UK business has been cheated out of over £22,330.14. We had a verified account in good standing, and our dealings with Anna exceeded £200,000, but suddenly, they shut down our account.

Out of the blue, with no warning, no prior discussion, and no legal justification, our account was suspended just a few days ago.

We relied on Anna daily for payments and to pay our staff in the UK, and now, thousands of pounds in incoming transactions are stuck because of their decision to close our account.

We reached out to Anna's support multiple times and got this response: "Per our previous conversation, we are restricted from discussing the details of your suspended account." Another message said, "The law occasionally requires us to suspend an account, and financial regulations prohibit us from discussing the details"... Seriously?

So, I’m supposed to believe that anyone can just suspend an account because the law says so??? Why don’t other companies do this? We’ve been with Revolut, Wise, Monzo, Monense, and others for ages without any issues, and the law only applies to you? What a lame excuse!

We’re losing thousands every day due to their lack of transparency and communication. We plan to file a police report, a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman, and we’ll make sure to share our experience online so that others know how this company scammed us. We want the word to get out in the financial community so businesses think twice before using this SCAM company.

If anyone from Trustpilot or any other organization needs more proof, we can share all the screenshots of our conversations with ANNA support, showing how they flat-out refuse to engage, along with bank statements that clearly show the amount ANNA has unlawfully held without any notice.
